Automatic packing machine (cardboard)

This machine is equipped with one or two heads according to the capacity and size of bottles. Several models of head (prehension of bottles) easely interchangeable.
Type of bottles : cylindrical, flat, oblong, rectangular.
A sealed cabinet (on request : explosion-proof equipments) protects the automaton and electrical components. On the door of the electric box, a digital screen and a joystick allow to pilot all functions of manuel order ; it allows to modify various parameters of the automatism.

Frame builds in stainless steel 304 (normal environment) or in stainless steel 316 (corrovise environment)
Capacity : up to 10 cardboards per minute with 2 heads
Service pressure : 6 bars
Electrical power : 3kW 220-380 volts tri – 50 Hz
Model of bottles : glass or plastic
Air consumption : 2 – 3 m3 according to equipments

This machine accepts a big variety of cans provided that they have a handle.
